A good sauce for long pasta, short pasta, twirly pasta, or any sort of pasta you can throw at it. In fact, goes great with chicken breast (shame those aren't around any more), or anything else tasteless that HUDS can throw at you.

A less well-known Friday blessing (c.f. New England Clam Chowder), Penne a la Vodka can surely pamper your taste buds with its rich, creamy character. It can really turn upside-down what would otherwise be an extremely boring and stale Harvard pasta dish (what? boring, stale, harvard ... tautology?). Depending on who you are, a modest sprinkle of parmesan, hot pepper, and ground garlic may add even more color to enjoying this excellent bit of garnish. And to those of you who've never tried this before and are excited for the wrong reason: you can't get drunk off it, no.
